Mobility Towards Independence (MTI) endeavors to offer accessible orientation and mobility (O&M) services to individuals who are visually impaired. Our training program is centered around traditional cane travel skills and techniques, in line with current O&M practices.

MTI operates in Ottawa Capital and provides services to inhabitants of the national capital region. The organization is deeply motivated and committed to playing a significant role in helping individuals achieve independent travel outcomes. Given the challenges that may arise when adjusting to vision loss, MTI aims to support clients throughout the adjustment process.
